Skowhegan Savings was founded in 1869 to provide resources
for individual savers and mortgage borrowers. For the past
140 years, our commitment to our customers and our community
has not wavered.
We'll be celebrating our 140th Anniversary throughout the year, so stay tuned for events and special promotions. This year also marks the 120th Anniversary for the Skowhegan Free Public Library, our neighbor institution also founded by former Maine Governor and Skowhegan resident, Abner Coburn.
